1 Manager who holds NVQ Level 4 in Care Management or an equivalent management qualification.

4 full-time and 2 part-time Senior Support Workers who will be required to have (or study for) NVQ Level 3.

5 full-time Support Workers who will be required to have (or study for) NVQ Level 2.

All care home staff will receive basic training as part of their induction and on-going development programme in working with people who are suffering from chronic and enduring mental illnesses, and the range of approaches for managing and supporting such Service Users in a residential care home setting.
